Misha’s Mundi Coffee – 60g

60g Bag in Can with Drawstring Bag

One of the world’s rarest and expensive coffee in the world based on three ingredients Peruvian Coatis, Peruvian Coffee, and Peruvian Owners.

How it’s processed:
Similar to the Elephant coffee from Africa (Black Ivory), or the Civet Cat coffee from Indonesian (Kopi Luwak), the Coatis (aka Coatimundi) are from Peru and part of the raccoon family.

The Coatis select the best cherries of coffea plant (coffee plant) and eat the cherries. During the digestive system the stomach’s enzymes breakdown the outer shell of the coffee cherry to help infuse the coffee bean with fruits and vegetables. The remaining layers of the cherry protects the coffee beans when it is extracted from their feces. Afterwards, the coffee cherries are washed and roasted at 230 degrees to kill any bacteria, which makes it safe to consume. The added process breaks down the bitterness and intensifies fruity aroma that lingers on the palate of your tongue.

Natives have been brewing these type of coffee from the beginning of their culture to serve their royal people. Enjoy and carry on the tradition.
